I found an NSF review at InjuryBoard.com. The website appears to be lawyer run so be careful when reading about content from ambulance chasers.

400 NSF Lawsuits

According to this article there are 400 lawsuits in the United States of America that are currently underway. With less than 200 confirmed cases in the US it's interesting that there are double the number of lawsuits. I guess the lawyers have really convinced their clients on this one. What a pathetic attempt for a money grab.
